I still remember when MTV went live and the impact it had on me as a child. My grandparents had cable television, so it was always a bonus to visit them. That way I could get my MTV fix. Since that time I have always wanted to create a music video.
I met musician Ian Charles many years ago when he was a subject in New York City for my Revealed project. When Ian Charles and I spoke about creating a music video together, I decided I wanted to tell a story through one of his songs and Truth and The Abstract Blues was a good match.
It’s a song I connected with and I’m looking forward to the album being released this August on his new album.
